摘  要:巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)是引起新生儿先天性感染的最常见病原体。大量研究表明它是导致儿童听力损失和神经系统疾病的主要原因。目前,对先天性耳聋的研究大多集中在遗传因素,医生和家长仍缺乏对先天性CMV感染相关耳聋的深刻认识,普遍忽视了CMV感染相关耳聋及其后遗症所产生的社会影响和经济负担。本文总结了近年来先天性CMV感染相关耳聋的研究进展,聚焦其耳聋的临床特点和诊疗进展,以期提高临床医生和科研工作者对先天性CMV感染相关耳聋的关注和认识。Cytomegalovirus(CMV) is the most common pathogen causing congenital infection in newborns. Numerous studies have shown that it is a major cause of hearing loss and neurological diseases in children. Currently, most of studies on congenital deafness focus on genetic factors. Doctors and parents still lack a deep understanding of congenital deafness associated with CMV infection, and generally neglect the social impact and economic burden caused by CMV infection-related deafness and its sequelae. This review summarizes the research progress on CMV infection-related congenital deafness in recent years, focusing on its clinical characteristics and progress in its diagnosis and treatment,in order to promote attention and understanding of CMV infection-related congenital deafness among clinicians and researchers.
