摘 要:储能系统对稳定可再生能源高渗透率下的区域电网具有重要意义,因而光伏储能综合系统逐渐受到关注。以山东地区某典型工厂用户为研究对象,其年用电量为6610MW·h。采用PVsyst建立光伏与储能系统,从系统发电量及储能系统充放电量、荷电状态、失负荷概率等指标评估光储系统可靠性。结果显示,所配置的光伏储能系统能够满足用户全年93.21%的电量负荷,全年因光伏功率不足或储能系统电量不足而需要电网供电的时间为653h,电池组全年平均荷电状态0.53。配置储能系统后,全年上网电量相比无储能系统时减少40.72%,下网电量相比无储能系统时减少74.65%,用户可以大幅度利用光伏系统自身所产电能,并通过电池组储放,减少上下网电量,平滑波动。对储能系统的控制逻辑应当结合当地分时电价,进行充放控制的优化。项目全投资税后收益率为4.11%,尚不具备经济性。经测算,储能项目具备经济性所对应的峰谷电价差临界点为0.681元/(kW·h),目前全国能达到该临界点的省份较少。随着分时电价机制的进一步完善以及储能系统成本的下降,储能系统将逐渐具备经济性。Energy storage system plays an important role in stabilizing the regional power grid under high permeability of renewable energy,so integrated photovoltaic energy storage system has gradually attracted attention.A typical factory user in Shandong Province with an annual electricity consumption of 6610 MWh was taken as the research target.A photovoltaic energy storage system was established by PVsyst,and the reliability of the system was evaluated with indicators including the power generation of system,the charging and discharging capacity of energy storage system,the state of charge and the loss of load probability.The results show that the photovoltaic energy storage system can meet 93.21% of the annual power load of the user,the time required for grid power supply throughout the year due to insufficient photovoltaic power or insufficient electric quantity of energy storage system is 653 h,and the annual average state of charge of the battery pack is 0.53.With energy storage system,the annual on-grid energy and off-grid energy are reduced by 40.72%and 74.65% respectively compared with those without energy storage system.The user can make full use of the energy produced by the photovoltaic system itself,and reduce the on-grid and off-grid energy through the charging and discharging of battery pack to smooth the fluctuations.For the control logic of energy storage system,the charging and discharging control should be optimized in combination with the local TOU price.The after-tax rate of return on total investment of the project is 4.11%,which is not yet economical.According to calculation,the critical point of peak-valley price difference for an energy storage project to be economical is0.681 yuan/kWh,and at present few provinces in China can reach this critical point.With the further improvement of TOU price mechanism and the decrease in the cost of energy storage system,energy storage system will gradually become economical.
