摘 要:南海东部油田主要采用水平井开采原油,并在水平井上应用了多种智能控水工具以实现控水增油的目的。本文首先介绍了南海东部油田智能控水工具应用的具体情况,并通过数据分析,揭示了智能控水工具在地质和工程等因素的影响下,在不同水平井中应用效果差异较大的现象。然后,以南海东部某油田的地质数据为基础建立了典型的油藏模型,并结合NETool软件建立的井模型进行了不同方案的模拟,研究了各种因素对智能控水工具ICD和AICD的影响,以及智能控水工具在不同影响因素下的适应性界限,以期为油田现场合理有效地应用智能控水工具提供指导。通过分析数值模拟的结果可知:原油黏度越高则智能控水工具的控水作用越弱,而渗透率非均质性越强、避水高度越高、生产压差越大、日产液量越大,则智能控水工具的控水作用越显著。Horizontal wells are mainly used to recovery crude oil in the eastern oilfields of the South China Sea,and a variety of intelligent water control tools are applied to them to achieve the purpose of water con-trol and oil increase.This paper first introduces the specific application of the intelligent water control tools for the eastern oilfields of the South China Sea,and data analysis reveals great difference on the results of the intelligent water control tools in different horizontal wells under the influence of geological and engineer-ing factors.Then,a typical reservoir model is established based on the geological data of an oil field in the eastern South China Sea,and the well model established by NETool software is used to simulate different schemes.The influences of various factors on ICD and AICD of the intelligent water control tools are studied,and the adaptability limits of the tools under different influencing factors are studied so as to provide guidance for the reasonable and effective application of the intelligent water control tools in oilfield.Analysis of the numerical simulation results present that the higher the viscosity of crude oil,the weaker the water control effect of the intelligent water control tools,and the stronger the permeability heterogeneity,the higher the water avoidance height,the greater the producing pressure difference and the higher the daily liquid production,the more significant the water control effect of the intelligent water control tools.
