降低烷基化装置碱耗的优化措施

摘  要:中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司烷基化装置采用SINOALKY硫酸法工艺,配套废酸再生单元进行硫酸催化剂再生,装置碱液耗量大,2019年8~12月32%氢氧化钠碱液平均单耗7.66kg/t,存在烷基化反应产物碱洗耗碱量大、酸罐酸雾挥发量大、废酸单元稀酸排放量大和尾气碱洗塔补碱操作不经济等问题。针对硫酸法烷基化装置碱液耗量高的问题,分析了停用反应产物碱洗的可行性,进行了多项优化措施,切除了反应产物碱洗流程,采用高效聚结器进行反应流出物精制;降低了酸罐区机泵回流量,减少酸雾碱洗用碱量;优化净化操作,稀酸排放量减少56%;改变了尾气碱洗塔补碱操作。通过多种优化措施,2020年8~12月32%碱液单耗较2019年碱液单耗降低3.65kg/t,降幅47.7%,按照平均每月节省碱液58t估算,每年可以节省696t,每年降低碱液成本约48.7万元,使得装置运行更加经济高效,为同类装置的生产优化提供了参考经验。The alkylation unit at SINOPEC Luoyang Company adopts SINOALKY sulfuric acid process,and the supporting waste acid regeneration unit regenerates the sulfuric acid catalysts,consuming a large amount of alkaline solution.From August to December 2019,the average unit consumption of 32% sodium hydroxide solution was 7.66 kg/t,and there were some problems such as high alkaline consumption in the alkaline washing of alkylation products,high acid mist volatilization from acid tank,large discharge of dilute acid from waste acid unit and uneconomical alkaline replenishment operation of tail gas alkaline washing tower.In view of the high alkaline consumption in sulfuric acid alkylation unit,the feasibility of eliminating the alkaline washing of reaction products was analyzed,and several optimization measures were taken,including removing the alkaline washing process of reaction products and adopting a high-efficiency coalesce for the refining of reaction effluent,reducing the return flow of pumps in acid tank area to reduce the alkaline consumption for acid mist alkaline washing,optimizing the purification operation to reduce the discharge of dilute acid by 56%,and changing the alkaline replenishment operation of the tail gas alkaline washing tower.By taking various optimization measures,the unit consumption of 32% alkaline solution from August to December 2020 was reduced by 3.65 kg/t compared with that of 2019,with a reduction of 47.7%.Based on the average monthly saving of58 tons of alkaline solution,it is estimated that 696 tons can be saved per year,reducing the annual alkaline solution cost by about 487000 RMB,achieving more economical and efficient operation of the unit and providing reference for the production optimization of similar units.
