摘 要:在优化电力营商环境背景下,通过运用大数据等技术来挖掘供应商信息的数据价值,对电力企业打造现代供应链体系具有重要意义。在供应商画像研究基础上,针对优化电力营商环境下的电力供应商画像方法应用展开研究。首先,明确电力供应商画像的应用场景;其次,构建电力供应商画像标签体系,并进行标签赋值;再次,建立电力供应商画像方法模型,并选择若干供应商进行算例分析;最后,基于电力供应商画像成像结果分析提出供应链管理策略。研究结果表明,供应商画像方法的应用能够有效提升电力企业供应商管理的科学性与可靠性。Under the background of optimizing power business environment,it is of great significance for power enterprises to build a modern supply chain system by using big data technology to mine the data value of supplier information.The application of power supplier portrait method under the optimized power business environment was studied based on the research of supplier portrait.Firstly,the application scenario of power supplier portrait was defined.Secondly,the label system of power supplier portrait was constructed,and the label assignment was carried out.Moreover,the model of power supplier portrait method was established,and several suppliers were selected for example analysis.Finally,the supply chain management strategy was proposed based on the analysis of power supplier portrait imaging results.The results show that the application of supplier portrait method can effectively improve the scientificity and reliability of supplier management in electric power enterprises.
