摘 要:二次再热代表了煤电技术的最高水平,近几年在我国快速发展,但针对二次再热锅炉的吹管工艺尚无统一的规范。以某1000 MW二次再热塔式锅炉为研究对象,提出“两阶段蓄热降压”的吹管工艺,一阶段单吹过热器,二阶段串联吹扫过热器、一次再热器和二次再热器及其附属系统。结合塔式锅炉的实际情况,详细阐述了吹管过程参数和步骤的控制要点,并针对遇到的问题提出了进一步的改进建议。实践结果表明:两阶段蓄热降压吹管工艺实现了二次再热塔式锅炉各级受热面的高质量吹扫,有效缩短了吹管时间,节省了燃料消耗,可为后续同类机组提供参考。Double⁃reheat technology represents the highest level of Coal power.It has been developing rapidly in our country re⁃cent years,but there is still no uniform pipe⁃blowing criterion for double⁃reheat boiler.Taking a 1000 MW double⁃reheat tower boiler as the research object,two⁃section heat storage and pressure reduction pipe⁃blowing process was proposed.The previous section blowing superheater,latter section tandem blowing superheater,primary reheater,secondary reheater and its associated pipelines.Considering the actual situation of tower boiler,the control points of the parameters and rhythm during the pip⁃blowing process were explained in detail,and further suggestions for improvement were put forward for the problems encountered.Practi⁃cal results show that the two⁃section heat storage and pressure reduction pipe⁃blowing process completed the purging of double⁃re⁃heat tower boiler heating surfaces with high quality,effectively shortening the blowing lasting,saving the fuel consumption,which can provide an important reference for subsequent similar units.
