摘 要:为了降低汽车翼子板冲压模具成本,以某车型翼子板为研究对象,分析了产品结构特点和冲压工艺性。通过将侧修边与侧冲孔、侧整形与侧冲孔复合,以及采用“一次拉延成形”工艺代替“过拉延+整形”工艺,实现了翼子板冲压工艺方案的三工序化。利用有限元分析软件对翼子板全工序成形和真实回弹进行了数值模拟,验证了三工序冲压工艺方案的可行性,并根据仿真结果对翼子板工艺模面进行了工艺造型优化和回弹补偿设计。将优化后的工艺模面用于冲压模具制造调试,获得了成形质量良好、回弹量在±0.5mm以内的合格零件。实践证明,三工序冲压工艺方案可有效缩短冲压模具工序数量,并能节约冲压模具以及零件生产成本。In order to reduce the cost of stamping dies for automobile fenders,the fender of a certain car model is taken as the research object,and the structure characteristics and the stamping process of it are analyzed in this paper.By combining the side trimming and side punching,side shaping and side punching,and by applying the“one-step drawing”process instead of the“over-drawing&reshaping”process,the three-process stamping process of the fender is realized.The finite element analysis software is used to numerically simulate the full-process forming and real springback of the fender,which verifies the feasibility of the three-process stamping process scheme,and according to the simulation results,the surface of the process model of the fender is optimized and added with the springback compensation design.The optimized process model surface is used for stamping die manufacturing and commissioning,and qualified parts with good forming quality and springback being within±0.5 mm are thus obtained.Practice has proven that the three-process stamping process scheme can effectively reduce operations of stamping dies and thus save the production costs of stamping dies and parts.
