摘  要:为实现大功率柴油机自主化研制中的“同步设计、同步评估”,从柴油机设计中的主要技术指标分解以及各指标间的耦合关系出发,研究开发了一套针对大功率柴油机的设计评估系统。柴油机设计评估按照设计指标的分解方法,研究设计评估和校核计算流程,同时分析国内外同类机型设计研发和试验数据,建立设计评估数据库,为我国大功率柴油机自主设计及自主评估提供参考。In order to realize the"synchronous design and synchronous evaluation"in the independent development of high-power diesel engines,a set of design and evaluation systems for high-power diesel engines is developed based on the decomposition of main technical indexes and the coupling relationship between various indexes in the diesel engine design.According to the decomposition method of design index,the design and evaluation and checking calculation processes of diesel engine design and evaluation are studied,and meanwhile,the design development and test data of similar models at home and abroad are analyzed to establish the design and evaluation database,so as to provide a reference for the independent design and independent evaluation of high-power diesel engines in China.
