地氯雷他定与地奈德乳膏联合除湿止痒洗液治疗慢性湿疹的疗效及对血清IL-2、IL-4水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察地氯雷他定与地奈德乳膏联合除湿止痒洗液治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效及对患者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平的影响。方法120例慢性湿疹患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例;另外选择门诊体检健康志愿者50例作为健康组。对照组采用地氯雷他定分散片联合地奈德乳膏治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上外涂除湿止痒洗液治疗,健康组不采取任何治疗。比较治疗组与对照组的疗效、三组细胞因子检测结果、治疗组与对照组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为85.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.871,P<0.05)。治疗前,治疗组与对照组IL-2水平均低于健康组,IL-4水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组IL-2、IL-4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组与对照组IL-2水平均较治疗前升高,IL-4水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组IL-2水平高于对照组,IL-4水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地氯雷他定与地奈德乳膏联合除湿止痒洗液治疗慢性湿疹,效果显著,安全性高,对患者的免疫功能具有一定的调节作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of desloratadine and desonide cream combined with Chushi Zhiyang Lotion in the treatment of chronic eczyme and its influence on level of serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4).Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.50 healthy volunteers for outpatient physical examination were selected as the healthy group.The control group was treated with desloratadine dispersible tablets and desonide cream,the treatment group was treated with Chushi Zhiyang Lotion on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the healthy group did not take any treatment.Comparison was made on efficacy between the treatment group and the control group,the test results of cytokines among the three groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 85.0%,which was higher than 70.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.871,P<0.05).Before treatment,IL-2 of the treatment group and the control group was lower than that of the healthy group,and IL-4 was higher than that of the healthy group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in IL-2 and IL-4 between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-2 of the two groups was higher than that of this group before treatment,and IL-4 was lower than that of this group before treatment;IL-2 of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and IL-4 was lower than that of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine in combination with desonide cream and Chushi Zhiyang Lotion is effective and safe in the treatmen
