甲硝维参阴道泡腾片联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的分析甲硝维参阴道泡腾片联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法68例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组给予阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,观察组给予甲硝维参阴道泡腾片联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、痊愈时间及复发情况。结果观察组痊愈疗程(9.12±1.35)周、有效疗程(3.68±1.02)周均短于对照组的(11.35±1.98)、(6.25±1.13)周,复发率5.88%低于对照组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率97.06%高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性宫颈炎患者甲硝维参阴道泡腾片联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,能有效提升患者临床疗效和安全性,缩短治疗时间,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metronidazole,vitamin E and total ginsenoside of ginseng stems and leaves vaginal effervescent tablets combined with live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use,and the observation group was treated with metronidazole,vitamin E and total ginsenoside of ginseng stems and leaves vaginal effervescent tablets in combination with live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use.The clinical efficacy,healing time and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The healing course(9.12±1.35)weeks and effective course(3.68±1.02)weeks in the observation group were shorter than(11.35±1.98)and(6.25±1.13)weeks in the control group,and the recurrence rate 5.88%was lower than 23.53%in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 97.06%in the observation group was higher than 79.41%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole,vitamin E and total ginsenoside of ginseng stems and leaves vaginal effervescent tablets in combination with live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with chronic cervicitis,shorten the treatment time,which contains the value of promotion.
