分析苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合一线降压药治疗高血压的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合一线降压药治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法100例高血压患者,随机分为对照组(39例)及观察组(61例)。对照组单纯给予一线降压药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的血压水平,不良反应率,满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率93.44%明显高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4、8周后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率8.20%低于对照组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度96.72%高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合一线降压药治疗高血压的效果显著,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate combined with first-line antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(61 cases).The control group was treated with first-line antihypertensive drugs,and the observation group was treated with levamlodipine besylate on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,blood pressure before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,and satisfaction rate.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.44%of the observation group was obviously higher than 79.49%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 8.20%of the observation group was lower than 23.08%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate 96.72%of the observation group was higher than 84.62%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate in combination with first-line antihypertensive drugs has significant effect on the treatment of hypertension,and it contains high clinical value.
