中医益气养阴活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的药学机制分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医益气养阴活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的药学机制。方法80例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组进行常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加以中医益气养阴活血方治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后的肾功能指标、血清炎症因子、血糖水平。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者的血肌酐(49.98±7.21)μmol/L、尿素氮(4.53±0.89)mmol/L均优于对照组的(66.36±6.92)μmol/L、(5.54±0.79)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组超敏C反应蛋白(5.36±0.79)mg/L、白细胞介素-6(24.79±5.95)ng/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(96.33±7.46)ng/L、空腹血糖(5.35±2.69)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.01±2.21)mmol/L均低于对照组的(7.22±0.83)mg/L、(32.40±5.28)ng/L、(120.70±9.99)ng/L、(6.99±2.89)mmol/L、(9.74±2.48)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血方与常规西药具有良好的协同效果,能够提高整体治疗效果,为患者身体健康提供保障。Objective To analyze the pharmaceutical mechanism of Chinese herbs for supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Chinese herbs for supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,and renal function indexes,serum inflammatory factors,and blood glucose levels before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.00%in the experimental group was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood creatinine(49.98±7.21)μmol/L and blood urea nitrogen(4.53±0.89)mmol/L of the experimental group were better than(66.36±6.92)μmol/L and(5.54±0.79)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(5.36±0.79)mg/L,interleukin-6(24.79±5.95)ng/L,tumor necrosis factor-α(96.33±7.46)ng/L,fasting blood glucose(5.35±2.69)mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(8.01±2.21)mmol/L of the experimental were lower than(7.22±0.83)mg/L,(32.40±5.28)ng/L,(120.70±9.99)ng/L,(6.99±2.89)mmol/L and(9.74±2.48)mmol/L of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbs for supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation have good synergistic effect with conventional western medicine,which can improve the overall treatment effect and guarantee the health of patients.
