摘  要:具有正温度系数(PTC)的导电高分子复合材料(CPCs)在自控温加热中有很多应用,但现有针对CPCs的研究主要集中在高温区域,鲜见常低温段的报道。文中提出了以水性丙烯酸树脂为基体制备低居里温度点PTC材料的方法,并讨论了控温材料和导电填料配比对材料居里温度的影响。在水性丙烯酸树脂与有机酸晶体的共聚物中加入Ni粉,得到了居里温度点接近有机酸晶体熔点、初始电阻低的PTC材料;通过调节Ni粉的比例,材料的居里温度点可在一定范围内波动。结果表明:当Ni的质量分数为30%时,材料的初始电阻率可达1.96Ω·cm,PTC强度超过6;加热试验后,材料的热容量和电性能经热循环未发生明显变化,具有很强的重复性。Conductive polymer composites(CPCs)with positive temperature coefficient(PTC)have many applications in self-regulating heating fields.However,current researches on CPCs are mainly concentrated in the high temperature region,and few reports are concerned on low temperature segment.This study proposed a method of making a low Curie temperature point PTC material with water-based acrylic resin as matrix,and discussed the effects of temperature-controlled materials and different proportions of conductive fillers on Curie temperature.By adding Ni powder into the copolymer of water-borne acrylic resin and organic acid crystal,the PTC materials with low initial resistance and a Curie temperature point near the melting point of organic acid crystal were obtained.The Curie temperature point of the material can be adjusted within a certain range by regulating the proportion of Ni powder.Results show that,when the mass fraction of Ni powder is 30%,the initial resistivity of the material can reach 1.96Ω·cm,and the PTC intensity can exceed 6.Heating test results show that the heating capacity and electrical properties of the materials have no significant change after the thermal cycle,indicating good repeatability.
