摘  要:目的:探讨在平静呼吸状态下应用双源CT进行肺动脉成像的临床应用价值,包括患者接受的辐射剂量、图像质量及造影剂用量等。方法:研究于2020年11月-2021年5月在大庆油田总医院收集的60例在平静呼吸下螺距3.0及常规模式屏气下螺距1.2行双源CT肺动脉血管造影检查的患者。记录机器测量的扫描时间、容积CT剂量指数(CTDivol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP),测量肺动脉CT值、标准差SD值,计算对比噪声比CNR及信噪比SNR。结果:平静呼吸状态的扫描时间、CTDivol、DLP明显低于屏气状态(P<0.05),而肺动脉CT值没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在平静呼吸状态下能在保证图像质量达到诊断要求的前提下减少患者所受辐射剂量,降低扫描时间,同时减少造影剂用量。Objective:The clinical application value of dual-source CT for pulmonary artery imaging in a calm breathing state,including the radiation dose received by the patient,image quality and contrast agent dosage are discussed in this paper.Methods:A collection of 60 patients who underwent dual-source CT pulmonary angiography at the Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from November 2020 to May 2021 with a pitch of 3.0 under calm breathing and a pitch of 1.2 under normal mode breath-holding.Record the scan time measured by the machine,volume CT dose index(CTDivol),dose length product(DLP),measured pulmonary artery CT value,standard deviation SD value,and calculate the contrast-to-noise ratio CNR and signal-to-noise ratio SNR.Results:The scanning time,CTDivol,and DLP of the calm breathing state were significantly lower than the breath-holding state(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the CT value of the pulmonary artery(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the condition of calm breathing,the radiation dose received by the patient can be reduced while the image quality meets the diagnostic requirements,the scanning time can be reduced,and the amount of contrast agent can be reduced at the same time.
