我国资本市场开放研究综述--基于文献计量和知识图谱的分析

摘　　要：随着对外开放力度的不断加大,我国资本市场发生了深刻的结构性变化,资本市场对外开放带来的经济影响受到了政府部门与学界的广泛关注。本文基于文献计量方法和知识图谱工具,采用CiteSpace软件对1998年—2021年我国资本市场开放研究领域的相关文献进行多视角系统分析,重点梳理该研究领域的发文时间分布、发文期刊分布、核心作者、知识基础和热点议题。研究发现:资本市场开放研究领域的高共被引文献主要是对股票市场联动性、股价表现、微观企业行为的研究,资本市场开放影响微观企业行为的路径是信息机制和治理机制,而热点议题主要集中在企业管理决策、股价表现、经济后果等方面。With the continuous enhancement of opening to the outside world,China's capital market has undergone pro⁃found structural changes,and the economic impact of opening to the outside world of the capital market has attracted extensive attention from government departments and academic circles.Based on bibliometric method and knowledge graph tool,this paper uses Citespace software to systematically analyze literature related to the research field of China's capital market opening from 1998 to 2021 from multiple perspectives,and sorted out the time distribution,journal distribution,core authors,knowledge base and hot topics in this research field.The main conclusions are as follows:the knowledge base of this research field is mainly de⁃rived from the research on stock market coactivity,stock price performance and micro firm behavior.The ways of capital market opening to influence micro enterprise behavior are information mechanism and governance mechanism.The hot topics mainly fo⁃cus on the such aspects as enterprise management decision,stock price performance and economic consequences.
