摘 要:核@壳结构分子筛催化剂由于其特殊的核@壳结构,可在同一种催化剂上实现不同的孔道结构、酸-碱性活性位和粒径大小等的组合,解决了催化剂选择性差以及单反应器实现多反应的难题,但目前核@壳结构分子筛催化剂规模化生产和工业推广仍存在困难。综述了近年来以不同种类分子筛为基础的核@壳结构催化剂的制备及其在碳一化学反应中应用的研究进展,分析对比了多种核@壳结构分子筛催化剂的制备方法和物化性质,以期为高活性、高稳定性和低成本核@壳结构分子筛催化剂的设计和开发提供指导。Due to its unique structure,the core@shell structured molecular sieve catalyst can achieve different combinations of pore structure,acid-alkaline active sites and particle size on the same catalyst,which solves the problems of low catalyst selectivity and carrying multiple catalyzed reactions in a single reactor.However,there are still difficulties in the large-scale production and industrialization of core@shell structured molecular sieve catalyst.The research progresses in the preparation of core@shell structured catalysts based on different kinds of molecular sieves and their application in C1 chemistry reactions in recent years were reviewed.And the preparation methods and physicochemical properties of various core@shell structured molecular sieve catalysts were analyzed and compared,so as to provide guidance for the design and development of core@shell structured molecular sieve catalysts with high activity,high stability and low cost.
