摘 要:以西南化工研究设计院有限公司提供的四种固体吸附剂(A、B、C和D)作为乙烯吸附剂,通过变压吸附(PSA)法研究了四种吸附剂对炼厂气中乙烯的选择性吸附性能。液氮吸/脱附表征表明,四种吸附剂均为介孔材料,其中B的孔容和比表面积最大。抗压测试表明,C具有较好的抗压强度。吸附剂的PSA研究结果表明,吸附剂对乙烯吸附能力随压力的增加而增加,随流速的升高而略有增加。四种吸附剂上氢气吸附能力较弱,氢气的存在对乙烯的吸附能力无明显影响;A、B、C的分离因子均大于2,具有较好的分离效果,D较难将乙烯与氢气分离。Using four kinds of solid adsorbents(A,B,C and D)provided by Southwest Institute of Chemical Co.Ltd.as ethylene adsorbents,the selective adsorption performance of the four adsorbents for ethylene in refinery gas was investigated by using pressure swing adsorption(PSA).The liquid nitrogen adsorption/desorption characterization indicates that the four adsorbents are mesoporous materials,and the pore volume and specific surface area of B are the largest.The compressive test shows that C has good compressive strength.The PSA results of adsorbents show that the adsorption capacity of the adsorbents for ethylene increases with the increase of pressure and slightly increases with the increase of flow rate.The adsorption capacity of the four adsorbents for hydrogen is weak,and the existence of hydrogen has no obvious effect on the adsorption capacity of the adsorbents for ethylene.The separation factors of A,B and C are greater than 2,exhibiting good separation effect.And D is difficult to separate ethylene from hydrogen.
