摘  要:以偏铝酸钠和硅酸钠为前驱体制备了低硅铝比X型(LSX)分子筛,再经钙离子交换得到了Ca-LSX分子筛。分别对5A分子筛、LSX分子筛和Ca-LSX分子筛进行了ICP、XRD、SEM、FT-IR以及吸附性能等测试,并根据吸附性能测试结果拟合得到了各自的吸附等温线。表征结果表明,5A分子筛为A型分子筛晶型,LSX分子筛和Ca-LSX分子筛为X型分子筛晶型,改性后的Ca-LSX分子筛仍具有FAU拓扑结构,保留了气体吸附容量大的特性。吸附性能测试结果表明,钙离子改性提高了分子筛的比表面积和微孔孔容,降低了其平均孔径,进一步提高了分子筛的吸附性能。相较于5A分子筛,Ca-LSX分子筛对N_(2)、CH_(4)和CO的吸附量分别提高了118.8%、75.8%和23.7%,其在低压下的微孔吸附性能明显提高。Low silicon aluminum ratio X-type(LSX)molecular sieves were prepared with sodium aluminate and sodium silicate as precursors,and then Ca-LSX molecular sieve was obtained by calcium ion exchange.The 5A,LSX and Ca-LSX molecular sieves were tested by ICP,XRD,SEM,FT-IR and adsorption properties respectively,and their adsorption isotherms were fitted according to the adsorption performance test results.The characterization results show that 5A molecular sieve is A-type molecular sieve crystal form,LSX and Ca-LSX molecular sieves are X-type molecular sieves.The modified Ca-LSX molecular sieve still has FAU topology and retains the characteristics of large gas adsorption capacity.The test results of the adsorption performance show that calcium ion modification improves the specific surface area and pore volume of the molecular sieve,reduces its average pore size,and further improves the adsorption performance of the molecular sieve.Compared with 5A molecular sieve,the adsorption capacity of Ca-LSX molecular sieve for N_(2),CH_(4) and CO increases by 118.8%,75.8%and 23.7%respectively,and its microporous adsorption performance at low pressure is also significantly improved.
