摘 要:为进一步提高溴氧化铋(BiOBr)复合材料在可见光区域的响应,采用水热合成法制备了GQDs/BiOBr复合光催化剂,并对水热时间和水热pH进行了优选。运用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)、光致发光光谱(PL)、瞬态光电流响应(I-t)和电化学阻抗(EIS)等手段对催化剂进行了表征,以磺胺为降解物,考察了其光催化性能。结果表明,GQDs的添加可引入O-H、C=C、C-O等官能团,有利于目标污染物的吸附,同时还可明显降低BiOBr的光生电子空穴对的复合率,延长光生电子空穴对的寿命,进而有利于提高GQDs/BiOBr复合光催化剂对磺胺的光催化降解速率和降解率。在水热合成时间18 h、pH为5时,制备出的GQDs/BiOBr催化剂性能最佳;在pH为5、H_(2)O_(2)投加的体积分数为0.1%,催化剂投加量为1 g/L、可见光光照7 h条件下,磺胺的降解率在95%以上,且反应符合准一级动力学模型。In order to further improve the response of bismuth oxybromide(BiOBr)composites in the visible-light region,GQDs/BiOBr composite photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal synthsis method,and the hydrothermal time and hydrothermal pH were optimized.The photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL),transient photocurrent response(I-t)and electrochemical impedance(EIS).The photocatalytic performance of the photocatalyst was investigated by using sulfanilamide as degradable compound.The results show that the addition of GQDs can introduce O-H、C=C、C-O and other functional groups,and conducive to the adsorption of target pollutants.Meanwhile,the recombination rate of photogenerated electron hole pair of BiOBr can be significantly reduced,and the life of photogenerated electron hole pair can be prolonged,which is conducive to improve the photocatalytic degradation rate and degradation rate of sulfonamides by GQDs/BiOBr composite photocatalyst.When the hydrothermal time is 18 h and the hydrothermal pH is 5,the photocatalyst has the best photocatalytic performance.Under the conditions of pH=5,dosage of H_(2)O_(2) is 0.1%(volume fraction),dosage of photocatalyst is 1 g/L and visible light irradiation for 7 h,the degradation rate of sulfanilamide is over 95%,and the reaction conforms to the first-order kinetic model.
