摘　　要：通过对江苏省人口老龄化及养老保险基金情况的现状分析,厘清江苏省人口老龄化对养老保险基金的影响作用及因素,分别针对苏南、苏中和苏北提出因人口老龄化导致的社会养老保险基金负面影响改进对策及措施。This paper will draw out the impact of the aging population in jiangsu province on the social basic pension fund by studying the aging population and the status quo of pension fund and the impact of income and expenditure of pension fund.According to the research,the impact of the pension fund is related to the preservation and appreciation of the pension fund,the pension mechanism and so on.Through these potential problems,combined with the status quo of jiangsu province,effective countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
