摘　　要：水利工程对于保护水资源具有重要的意义。由于资源环境退化趋势未完全扭转,国家近些年在不断的实施生态可持续发展战略,加强力度研究区水资源可持续发展,以进一步保护环境。在水利工程运营管理中,运管方法还比较传统,与当前的经济发展不相适应。因此,要加强水利工程的运行管理,以此来促进水资源的可持续利用。在水利工程运营和水资源持续利用方面,要充分了解业务需要,整合用水目标,确保水利工程稳定运行。Water conservancy projects are of great significance to the protection of water resources.As the trend of resource and environmental degradation has not been completely reversed,the country has continuously implemented ecological sustainable development strategies in recent years,and strengthened efforts to study the sustainable development of water resources in the area to further protect the environment.In the operation and management of water conservancy projects,the operation and management methods are still relatively traditional,which is not suitable for the current economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the operation and management of water conservancy projects to promote the sustainable use of water resources.In terms of the operation of water conservancy projects and the continuous use of water resources,it is necessary to fully understand business needs,integrate water use goals,and ensure the stable operation of water conservancy projects.
