摘　　要：能源紧缺是全世界都面临的发展“瓶颈”,供需矛盾的升级,影响了我国经济优化与创新。针对实际变化,创新与改革基层能源统计工作,是国家发展需要,更是实现伟大民族复兴梦的重要手段。从基层能源统计工作价值及存在问题入手,创新工作思路,助力其全面发展与改革,能从数据源头保障能源安全,确保既要金山银山又要绿水青山。Energy shortage is the development"bottleneck"faced by the whole world.The escalation of the contradiction between supply and demand has affected my country's economic optimization and innovation.In response to actual changes,innovating and reforming grassroots energy statistics is a national development need and an important means to realize the great dream of national rejuvenation.Starting from the value and existing problems of grassroots energy statistics work,we innovate work ideas to help its overall development and reform,and ensure energy security from the data source,ensuring that it is not only a golden mountain and a green mountain,but also a green mountain.
