应用托拉塞米注射液治疗急性左心衰竭并评价其临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究分析应用托拉塞米注射液治疗急性左心衰竭的效果及其临床应用价值。方法将我院于2019年1月至2021年1月收治的50例急性左心衰竭患者纳入本研究,按照随机数字表法将其均分为两组,对其展开不同治疗方式的分组调研。两组患者均给予常规吸氧、利尿、强心等治疗,对照组(25例)患者在常规治疗的基础上联合呋塞米注射液治疗,观察组(25例)患者在常规治疗的基础上联合托拉塞米注射液治疗。结果①观察组的临床总体治疗有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的72.00%;②观察组治疗后,其心率(HR)、血气指标(PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2))等改善情况优于对照组:③观察组经过治疗后,其血清钾离子(K^(+))和钠离子(Na^(+))的稳定性高于对照组;④观察组的临床用药不良反应率为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%。以上数据经SPSS 22.0统计学软件分析对比均显示P<0.05。结论在急性左心衰竭治疗中应用托拉塞米注射液有助于改善心率、血气指标,稳定血清钾、钠离子,促进心功能恢复,且安全性较好、不良反应较小,经鉴定是一种具有较高临床应用价值的用药方式,可以考虑增大推广应用力度。Objective To explore and analyze the effect and clinical value of torasemide injection in the treatment of acute left heart failure.Methods Fifty patients with acute left heart failure in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were included in this study,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and the different treatment methods were divided into two groups.Two groups of patients were given conventional oxygen inhalation,diuresis,cardiotonic treatment,the control group(25 cases)patients,on the basis of conventional treatment combined with furosemide injection treatment,the observation group(25 cases)patients,on the basis of conventional treatment combined with torasemide injection treatment.Results①The overall clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 72.00%of the control group.②After treatment,the improvement of heart rate(HR),blood gas index(PaO_(2),PaCO_(2))of the observation group was better than that of the control group.③After treatment,the stability of serum potassium ion(K^(+))and sodium ion(Na^(+))of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.④The clinical medication of the observation group The side effect rate was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00%of the control group.The above data were analyzed and compared by SPSS 22.0 statistical software(P<0.05).Conclusion Torasemide injection in the treatment of acute left heart failure is helpful to improve heart rate and blood gas indexes,stabilize serum potassium and sodium ions,promote the recovery of cardiac function,and has good safety and less toxic and side effects.It is a drug use method with high clinical application value,and can be considered to increase the promotion and application.
