摘　　要：目的研究化疗所致恶心呕吐(CINV)分级管理方案应用于乳腺癌患者的效果.方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月于广东省第二中医院就诊的乳腺癌患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组25例和干预组25例.对照组行CINV常规干预方案,干预组行CINV分级管理干预.观察两组患者恶心呕吐发生率、营养状况、生活质量.结果中危CINV患者、高危CINV患者干预组恶心呕吐发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).干预后干预组各级患者血清总蛋白(TB)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)显著高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后干预组各级患者FLIE评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论CINV分级管理方案应用于乳腺癌患者能显著缓解恶心呕吐,改善营养状况,提高生活质量,可临床推广.Objective To investigate the efficacy of a graded management regimen for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)in patients with breast cancer.Methods Fifty breast cancer patients who attended Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to date were selected and divided into control(25 patients)and intervention(25 patients)groups according to the random number table method.The control group received a routine intervention protocol for CINV,and the intervention group received a graded management intervention for CINV.The incidence of nausea and vomiting,nutritional status,and quality of life were observed in both groups.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group in both patients with intermediate risk CINV and patients with high-risk CINV(P<0.05).The serum levels of total protein(TB),albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)in the intervention group at each level after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The flie scores of patients at all levels in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a hierarchical CINV management protocol to breast cancer patients significantly alleviates nausea and vomiting,improves nutritional status,and improves quality of life,and is clinically generalizable.
