通痹胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松的实验与临床研究

摘　　要：目的通痹胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松的实验与临床研究.方法研究自医院抽取90例住院及门诊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松患者,时间为2019年3月至2020年3月,按照患者治疗中用药的不同分为人数均等的两组(n=45),其中实施常规药物治疗为对照组,实施通痹胶囊治疗为观察组,评估两组患者治疗疗效、实验室检查、骨密度变化并对比.结果与对照组相比,观察组疗效偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,两组患者FPG、2 h PG、GHb、尿钙/肌酐均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组尿钙/肌酐偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组口干多饮、多尿、腰膝酸痛等症状治疗偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,两组患者骨密度均偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组BMC、BMD指标偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通痹胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松能够增加治疗效果,稳定身体各项指标,增加骨密度.Objective To study the experimental and clinical effects of Tongbi Capsule on diabetic osteoporosis.Methods A total of 90 inpatients and outpatients with diabetic osteoporosis were selected from the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020.They were divided into two groups with equal numbers(n=45)according to the different drugs used in the treatment,in which conventional drugs were used as the control group and Tongbi capsule was used as the observation group.The therapeutic efficacy,laboratory examination and bone mineral density changes of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,FPG,2h PG,GHb,urinary calcium/creatinine were decreased in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the urinary calcium/creatinine in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptoms of dry mouth,polydipsia,polyuria and soreness of the waist and knees in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the BMD of patients in both groups was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,BMC and BMD in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongbi capsule can increase the therapeutic effect,stabilize various indexes of body and increase bone density in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis.
