摘　　要：医学人文素质培育旨在将价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养融为一体,将人文素质培育融入课堂教学、专业技能的全过程,帮助学生塑造品德、知识、技能、关怀等方面,以期成为全面综合性医学人才.创新人文素质培育的教育模式,探索人文素质与专业技能相融合的"混合式"教学实践,在课程建设上做好人文素质教育与专业课教学的协调发展,完善人文教育环境.The aims to integrate value shaping,knowledge imparting and ability cultivation,integrate humanistic quality cultivation into the whole process of classroom teaching and professional skills,and help students shape moral character,knowledge,skills and care,so as to become comprehensive medical talents.We should innovate the education mode of cultivating humanistic quality,explore the“mixed”teaching practice of integrating humanistic quality and professional skills,do a good job in the coordinated development of humanistic quality education and professional course teaching in the course construction,and improve the humanistic education environment.
