新型冠状病毒肺炎患者16例转运分析

摘　　要：目的通过对潍坊市人民医院院前急救新型冠状病毒感染肺炎患者转运流程进行研究分析,进一步完善该类患者转运的标准化流程,以应对疫情常态化,为秋冬季可能出现的新冠肺炎疫情的防控和医疗救治做好准备。方法通过回顾性研究的方法,选取潍坊市人民医院院前急救2020年2月1日~2020年3月3日期间转运的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者16例,对其在救护转运过程中的转运、消毒等流程进行回顾分析。结果本次研究中共计转运新型冠状病毒肺炎患者16例,年龄(29.00±15.39)岁。转运完成率为100%,交叉感染率为0%,期间专班人员体温异常发生率为0%,医护人员及司机在转运期间及隔离期满时咽拭子新型冠状病毒核酸检测结果阳性率为0%.结论潍坊市人民医院院前急救针对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎患者制定的标准化流程是安全可靠的,可以广泛应用于新型冠状病毒感染肺炎患者的院前转运。Objective Through the study of the transport process of patients with COVID-19 in Weifang People's Hospital,the standardized transport process of such patients is further improved to cope with the normalization of the epidemic,and prepare for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in autumn and winter.Methods Sixteen patients with COVID-19 who were transported during the pre-hospital emergency of Weifang People’s Hospital from February 1,2020 to March 3,2020 were selected through the method of retrospective research.Review and analyze the transfer and disinfection processes in the ambulance transfer process.Results In this study,16 patients were transported with COVID-19,with mean age of(29.00±15.39)years.The completion rate of transport was 100%,the cross-infection rate was 0%,the incidence of abnormal body temperature in the special team was 0%,and the positive rate of novel coronavirus nucleic acid test in the throat swab of caregivers and drivers during the transport period and at the end of isolation period was 0%.Conclusion The standardized procedure of pre-hospital emergency treatment in Weifang People's Hospital for patients with novel coronavirus infection pneumonia is safe and reliable,and can be widely used in pre-hospital transport of patients with novel coronavirus infection pneumonia.
