摘  要:针对6000 kW异步汽轮发电机组带负荷后出现的不稳定振动,开展了振动测试和改变润滑油温度的试验。经过对振动和机组安装数据进行分析和诊断,确定造成不稳定振动的原因为轴瓦出现油膜涡动。油膜涡动是由热态后轴系标高的改变而引起的轴瓦载荷降低所致。通过在现场调整膜片联轴器的伸长量,来补偿热态后轴瓦载荷降低的处理措施,解决了轴瓦油膜涡动的问题,确保了机组安全稳定运行。Against unstable vibration problems of the 6000 kW asynchronous turbine generator set after loading,vibration test and lubricate oil test under different temperatures are performed.After analysis and diagnosis on the vibration as well as the assembling data,comes the determination that cause of unstable vibration is due to the oil-film whirling of bearing bushes.The oil-film whirling is caused by decreased load of the bearing bush followed with the change of rear shafting elevation in hot state.Adjustment of the elongation of the diaphragm coupling is applied to compensate the reduction of the rear shafting elevation in hot state.Thus,problem of the oil-film whirling of bearing bush is solved,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the generator set.
