摘　　要：俄罗斯与沙特同为在中东影响力较强的大国,经过长期的关系调适,在"阿拉伯之春"后建立起一种"磁性协调"的关系模式。这种关系模式的特征是在战略上"同性相斥",即承认分歧乃至对立,也不谋求根本性改变这种关系;在战术上则积极寻求协调合作的机会,以实现共同的战略利益。"磁性协调"的关系模式渗透于当今两国关系的方方面面,在诸多热点问题上都有着不同程度的体现,成为现今两国关系的主要模式。这种关系模式是中东权力碎片化、全球能源结构变迁和主观政策意愿的共同结果,对地区局势造成了重大影响。但这种关系模式也出现了"玻璃天花板",让这种战术性的协调合作面临很大的不确定性。在可见的未来,这种模式仍将主导着两国关系,但也很难有进一步突破的空间。Russia and Saudi Arabia are both great powers in the Middle East.After a long-term relationship adjustment,a“Magnetic Coordination”model has been established after the“Arab Spring”.The characteristics of this model are as follows:strategically,“like charges repelling each other”,it acknowledges differences and even opposition and does not seek to fundamentally change this relationship;tactically,it actively looks for opportunities for coordination and cooperation to realize common strategic interests.The model of“Magnetic Coordination”permeates all aspects of the relationship between the two countries,manifested in varying degrees on many issues,and has become the main model of the relationship between the two countries today.This is the result of the fragmentation of power in the Middle East,changes in the global energy structure,and subjective policy will.This model has had a significant impact on the regional situation.But this kind of relationship model also has a“glass ceiling”,which makes this tactical coordination and cooperation face great uncertainty.In the future,this model will still dominate the relationship between the two countries,but it is difficult to have further breakthroughs.
