摘  要:使用金刚石涂层立铣刀对玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)进行刀具寿命试验,观察和测量刀具磨损、切削力、加工表面粗糙度和表面质量。结果表明,金刚石涂层硬质合金刀具端铣加工玻璃纤维增强复合材料的刀具寿命在50min,刀具在前30min为稳定磨损期,30~40min刀具刃口发生崩碎,40min以后涂层发生剥落,刀具发生剧烈磨损;轴向切削力随刀具磨损而不断增大,而表面粗糙度随着底刃的磨损反而会有所降低。副偏角能够显著影响加工表面质量,副偏角较大时,刀具与工件接触为点接触,加工表面形成同心圆微观形貌;副偏角较小时,刀具对被加工表面有修整作用,表面质量有所提高。In this paper,the tool wear,cutting force,surface roughness and surface quality are observed and measured during the tool life experiment of face milling of GFRP by diamond coated end milling cutter.The results show that the tool life of the end milling of GFRP by diamond coated cemented carbide tool is 50 min and the stable wear period is 30 min.The cutting edge breaks during 30~40 min,and the coating peels off from the substrate after 40 min which can cause severe wear of the sub-flank face.Axial cutting force increases with tool wear,while surface roughness decreases with the wear of bottom edge.Sub-deflection angle can significantly affect the machined surface quality.When the sub-deflection angle is large enough,the contact area between tool and finished surface is just a point,a concentric circle microscopic morphology is formed on the cutting surface.when the sub-deflectim angle is small,a dressing effect can be observed,which contributes to a better surface integrity.
