摘　　要：分析了过定位刀柄提高使用刚度的原理,研究了过定位刀柄使用过程中刀柄端面与主轴端面间隙对使用效果的影响,提出了实现刀柄过定位的方法及相关应用理论基础及方法。The principle of over positioning tool holder and the clearance between tool holder end face and principal axis are analyzed.The implementation method of over positioning is proposed,the theoretical basis of application and application method is put forward.
