摘 要:以“新工科”为背景,旨在研究提高高校学生创新创业能力的多维培养模式,树立并构建正确的人才培养理念和培养方式。以创新创业教育课程新规划、模拟实践等多种形式,对不同专业,尤其是新工科专业学生进行创新创业意识、知识、技能等培养,并贯穿于人才培养的全过程、全周期,以期学生在新工科理念下,具备扎实的理论基础、超前的创新意识和学科交叉融合能力,全面提升面向新工科专业人才的培养质量。Based on the background of“new engineering”,this paper aims to study the multi-dimensional training model to improve the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students,and establish and construct the correct concept and model of talent training.In various forms such as the new planning of innovative and entrepreneurial education curriculum and simulation practice,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial awareness,knowledge and skills for students of different majors,especially the new engineering major,runs through the entire process and cycle of talent training,so as to enable students to have a solid theoretical foundation,advanced innovative awareness and interdisciplinary integration ability under the concept of new engineering,and comprehensively improve the quality of training for new engineering professionals.
