草捆捡拾机液压系统的设计

摘　　要：针对大型草场的压实草捆需要短途运输的需要,设计一种基于草捆捡拾机的液压传动系统。介绍液压传动系统的设计思路,通过计算确定相应部件的主要参数,基于工作环境的特点进行元件选型,为实现压实草捆机械化运输和装卸提供支持。Aiming at the need of short distance transportation of compacted bale of large grassland,a hydraulic transmission system based on pickup bale loader was designed.This paper introduced the design ideas of the hydraulic transmission system,determined the main parameters of the corresponding components through calculation,and selected the components based on the characteristics of the working environment,in order to provide support for the realization of mechanized transportation and loading and unloading of compacted straw bales.
