摘  要:在功率密度、效率和负载动态最大化的框架下,电气化运输广泛地依靠电力电子设备优化供电。一方面,由于电力电子元件的可靠性、电压、转换速率、调制频率的迅速提高,这些目标得以实现;另一方面,这一切都可能对电热绝缘寿命产生负面影响。在基于交流正弦电应力经验的绝缘设计中,必须对加速老化过程进行分析和建模,以正确设计电气绝缘并确保其长期可靠性。文章主要研究谐波电流损耗对中压模块变换器电缆绝缘热老化。计算和仿真表明,在交联聚乙烯(XLPE)和EPR绝缘电缆中,即使交流侧的损耗比直流侧高,如果转换器设计正确,也不足以显著影响热寿命。如果设计不佳,不考虑介质损耗和散热,结果可能会逆转。Under the framework of maximizing power density,efficiency and load dynamics,electrified transportation widely depends on power electronic equipment to optimize power supply.On the one hand,these goals can be achieved due to the rapid improvement of reliability,voltage,conversion rate and modulation frequency of power electronic components;On the other hand,all these may have a negative impact on the life of electrothermal insulation.In the insulation design based on AC sinusoidal electrical stress experience,the accelerated aging process must be analyzed and modeled in order to correctly design the electrical insulation and ensure its long-term reliability.This paper mainly studies the effect of harmonic current loss on the thermal aging of cable insulation of medium voltage module converter.Calculation and simulation show that in XLPE and EPR insulated cables,even if the loss on the AC side is higher than that on the DC side,if the converter is designed correctly,it is not enough to significantly affect the thermal life.If the design is poor and the dielectric loss and heat dissipation are not considered,the results may be reversed.
