摘　　要：电压互感器及避雷器是10 kV电网系统的重要组成部分,通常10 kV母线避雷器安装于电压互感器柜内,但10 kV电压互感器柜内避雷器接线方式不尽相同,其中采用非标准接线的避雷器在10 kV电压互感器柜内停电检修时存在极大的安全隐患。文章从10 kV电压互感器柜内避雷器的接线特点出发,详细分析避雷器非标准接线方式及其存在的安全隐患,并提出了相应的整改防范方案。Voltage transformer and lightning arrester are important components of 10 kV power grid system.Generally,10 kV bus lightning arrester is installed in voltage transformer cabinet,but the wiring mode of lightning arrester in 10 kV voltage transformer cabinet is different.Among them,lightning arresters with non-standard wiring have great potential safety hazards during power outage maintenance in 10 kV voltage transformer cabinet.Starting from the wiring characteristics of lightning arrester in 10 kV voltage transformer cabinet,this paper analyzes the non-standard wiring mode of lightning arrester and its potential safety hazards in detail,and puts forward the corresponding rectification and prevention scheme.
