摘 要:为克服气象条件、地理条件等自然环境导致的监控上的困难,引入无人机进行定期巡检,通过AI识别技术、前端识别技术可快速识别输电线路接续金具温度警示器的动作情况,进行接续金具的异常温升检测,不仅提升监控精度和灵敏度,还降低了人工投入。文章设计了一种电力接续金具发热警示螺母,可用于无人机对异常温升巡检作业中。In order to overcome the difficulties in monitoring caused by natural environment such as weather conditions and geographical conditions,UAVs are introduced to conduct regular inspections.AI recognition technology and front-end recognition technology can quickly identify the action of the temperature warning device connected to the power transmission line.Performing abnormal temperature rise detection of splice fittings not only improves the monitoring accuracy and sensitivity,but also reduces manual input.The article designs a heating warning nut for power connection fittings,which can be used in the inspection of abnormal temperature rise by drones.
