摘 要:当断路器手动或自动合闸在有故障的线路上,继电保护装置将动作跳闸。如果操作人员仍将控制开关放在合闸位置,或自动重合闸装置的触点未复归,断路器防跳回路若存在缺陷,断路器将发生再次合闸,因为线路上故障未消除,保护装置又动作于跳闸,从而出现多次“跳合”的现象。会造成断路器的遮断能力下降或损坏,甚至引起爆炸事故。为此设计了一款断路器防跳回路测试仪,用来检测断路器防跳回路是否工作正常,可以快速安全高效地检测防跳回路的完整性和正确性。When the circuit breaker is manually or automatically closed on a faulty line,the relay protection device will trip.If the operator still puts the control switch in the closing position,or the contact of the automatic reclosing device does not return,if the circuit breaker anti-trip circuit is defective,the circuit breaker will close again,because the fault on the line has not been eliminated and the protection device It also acts on tripping,which results in multiple“tripping and closing”phenomena.It will cause the interrupting capacity of the circuit breaker to decrease or be damaged,and even cause an explosion accident.For this reason,a circuit breaker anti-trip circuit tester is designed to detect whether the circuit breaker anti-trip circuit is working properly,and can quickly,safely and efficiently detect the integrity and correctness of the anti-trip circuit.
