摘  要:通过原子转移自由基聚合法在乙烯基改性的磁性麦秆颗粒表面形成聚合层得到磁性分子印迹材料(MMIPs)。傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)表征吸附剂表面印迹聚合层具有识别功能;pH变化、热力学和动力学的吸附实验表明25℃、pH 6时MMIPs在40 min内对环丙沙星呈Langmuir(R^(2)=0.999)单层吸附82.26 mg/g及拟二级动力学(R^(2)=0.999)化学主导的81.66 mg/g最大吸附容量,可循环吸附5次。MMIPs对四环素(TC)、磺胺二甲基嘧啶(SMZ)、恩诺沙星(ENR)竞争吸附表明MMIPs具有选择性吸附能力。Magnetic molecularly imprinted materials(MMIPs)were prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization on the surface of vinyl modified magnetic wheat straw particles.The recognition function on the surface of the polymeric layer of adsorbent was characterized by FT-IR and TGA.The adsorption experiments on pH,thermodynamics and kinetics showed that Ciprofloxacin(CIP)was adsorbed by MMIPs at pH 6 at 25℃for 40 min.With a maximum adsorption capacity of 82.26 mg/g by the Langmuir(R^(2)=0.999)monolayer adsorption while that of 81.66 mg/g by the pseudo second-order kinetics(R^(2)=0.999).MMIPs could be reused for five times.The competitive adsorption of Tetracycline(TC),Sulfamethazine(SMZ),and Enrofloxacin(ENR)indicated that MMIPs exhibited selective adsorption capacity.
