“刑事诉讼法学”浸润式思政育人模式的探索

摘　　要：2018年9月,习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强调:培养什么人,是教育的首要问题。以法学专业刑事诉讼法学课程为例,通过对课程思政内涵的界定,提出了公安法学课程思政的目标和改革路径,在充分挖掘中国元素的基础上科学设计教学内容,重视课程思政与实践环节的结合,建立完善的课程思政效果评价体系,以期对人才培养的效度有所裨益。In September 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Education Conference:Who to train is the primary issue of education.Taking the"Criminal Procedure Law"course of the law major as an example,through the definition of the ideological and political connotation of the course,the ideological and political goals and reform paths of the public security law course are proposed,and the teaching content is scientifically designed on the basis of fully digging out the Chinese elements,and the curriculum thinking is emphasized,combining political and practical links to establish a complete curriculum ideological and political effect evaluation system,in order to benefit the effectiveness of talent training.
