摘 要:校外实践教育是经济犯罪侦查专业学生培养中的重要组成部分,作为校内教学的延伸具有检验专业人才培养效果、满足培养应用创新型卓越经济犯罪侦查专业人才的重要作用。当前的经济犯罪侦查专业学生校外实践教育中存在着基地的选择标准与建设体制不合理,缺乏专门的经费投入和硬件建设,无法匹配经侦实战工作岗位要求的技能专业性,带队教师、指导教官的建设缺乏计划性和有效性等问题。建立新型校局合作办学关系、合理选择和调整实践教育的地点与模式、科学确定实践教育的内容与方法、统筹考虑带队教师、指导教官队伍建设与"双千计划""双师型"教师队伍建设等措施提升学生专业警务实战能力,进一步提高公安高校专业人才培养质量和办学水平。Off-campus practice teaching is a significant part of cultivation of ECI major and an role method to test students’ practical abilities. Currently in off-campus practice teaching, there are many serious problems affecting the effects such as base selection criteria and construction system is not scientific enough, lacking enough fixed expenditure and hardware construction, skills that ECI position requires do not match off-campus practice and construction of leading teachers’ lack planning and effectiveness. We should establish a new cooperative relationship between the school and the bureau,rationally choose and adjust the location, scientifically determine the content and method of practical teaching, comprehensively consider the construction of leading teachers and the construction of "Double Thousand Plan" and "Double-professionally-titled Teachers" to improve the quality of professional training and enhance students’ professional police practice ability.
