西双版纳黄牛生理常值及品种特性探究

摘　　要：西双版纳黄牛耐粗饲、适应性好、抗病力强。为探究西双版纳黄牛的生理特征,促进其开发利用,选择30头健康、成年西双版纳黄牛作为研究对象,其中公牛5头、母牛25头。通过测定其主要的体尺、体重、生产性能和生理指标,发现西双版纳黄牛公牛的体尺、体重均显著大于(P<0.05)或极显著大于母牛测定值(P<0.01),西双版纳黄牛公牛的体温、30 min血沉、淋巴细胞百分比极显著大于母牛测定值(P<0.01),西双版纳黄牛公牛的红细胞数显著大于母牛测定值(P<0.05)。西双版纳黄牛公牛的呼吸测定值显著小于母牛(P<0.05),西双版纳黄牛公牛的嗜中性分叶核白细胞百分比极显著小于母牛测定值(P<0.01),其他各项生理指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。此研究从其生理特征方面说明了西双版纳黄牛是一个抗病能力很强的优良品种,为进一步的开发利用提供了数据基础。Xishuangbanna cattle has the characteristics of roughage-resistant,good adaptability and disease-resistant.In order to explore its physiological characteristics and promote its development and utilization,30 Xishuangbanna Cattle(5♂and 25♀),which were all adults and healthy,were selected to promote the research.By measuring and analysing its principal body traits,production property,and physical indicators,we found that bulls'body traits were significantly(P<0.05)or very significantly(P<0.01)bigger than that of cows.The bulls'temperature,30 min ESR and Lymphocyte percentage were very significantly higher than that of cows(P<0.01),and the RBC counts of bulls'was significantly higher than that of cows(P<0.05).But bull'respiratory measurements and neutrophils percentage of leucocytes were significantly(P<0.05)and very significantly(P<0.01)lower than that of cows,respectively.There's no significant differences between bulls and cows in other physical indicators(P>0.05).This study indicates that Xishuangbanna cattle is a good variety with strong disease resistance.It provides data base for further development and utilization.
