初产母鸡难产综合征病因及临床诊治

摘　　要：母鸡难产综合征主要发生在初产母鸡群体中,通常是因为应激因素刺激、各种病原侵染及钙磷元素搭配不合理,造成血钙血磷比例失调,或饲料中的维生素、矿物质添加不足,造成机体出现不同程度的营养代谢疾病所引发的一种以瘫痪、难产为主要症状的疾病。在蛋鸡难产诊断过程中,要求养殖管理人员对引起该种疾病的原因进行妥善有效的调查和分析,及时采取措施防控。该文在明确初产母鸡难产综合征发病原因的基础上,结合养殖场发病情况,探讨具体的临床诊治方法和防控方案。Dystocia syndrome of hens occurs mainly in the group of primiparous hens,usually because of the stimulation of stress factors,the infection of various pathogens and the unreasonable collocation of calcium and phosphorus elements,resulting in the imbalance of the ratio of blood calcium,blood phosphorus and blood calcium,or lack of vitamins and minerals in the feed,resulting in varying degrees of nutritional metabolic disease caused by the body as a paralysis,dystocia as the main symptoms of the disease.During the diagnosis of dystocia in laying hens,it is necessary to investigate and analyze the causes of dystocia and take measures to prevent and control the disease.Based on the analysis of the causes of dystocia syndrome in primiparous hens,the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of dystocia syndrome were discussed.
