摘　　要：某分轴式燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组整套启动中汽轮机先后发生多起振动异常问题,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行。通过振动分析和试验,准确判断出汽轮机临界转速区和暖机转速设置、4号轴承振动传感器支架共振、低压缸台板压死、5号轴承安装存在问题,经过处理后机组运行正常,振动指标优良,可供同类型机组借鉴。There were many abnormal vibration problems occurred in steam turbine during the entire system startup of gas-steam combined cycle power plant, seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit.On the basis of vibration analysis and testing, many problems were found with steam turbines, such as the critical speed and warm-up speed setting, vibration sensor bracket resonance and No.5 bearing installation fault.After treatment the unit runs normally with good vibration performance.That provide reference for same type units.
