摘 要:坡面泥石流是北京市泥石流灾害的主要类型,据不完全统计,2004—2020年,共发生坡面泥石流11起,占已发生泥石流灾害总数的31.43%,严重影响人民的生命财产安全。房山区霞云岭乡是坡面泥石流集中发生的区域,发生坡面泥石流7起,占北京市已发生的坡面泥石流的63.64%。以“7·20”典型坡面泥石流为例,初步分析了坡面泥石流的特点及激发雨量。分析认为北京市坡面泥石流发生在坡面陡长且松散堆积物厚度较大的坡体,具有规模小、暴发快、破坏力强、群发性高、隐蔽性高等特点。坡面泥石流均由暴雨激发,激发雨量为大暴雨或以上级别。Slope debris flow is the main type of debris flow disasters in Beijing.According to incomplete statistics,11 slope debris flows occurred from 2004 to 2020,accounting for 31.43%of the total number of debris flow disasters,seriously affecting the safety of people's lives and property.Xiayunling Township,Fangshan District is the area where slope debris flows occur intensively,with 7 slope debris flows,accounting for 63.64%of the slope debris flows that have occurred in Beijing.Taking the typical slope debris flow of"July 20"in 2016 as an example,the characteristics and triggering rainfall amount of slope debris flows are analyzed.The analysis shows that slope debris flows in Beijing occur in steep and long slopes with large and thickly loose deposits.Slope debris flows are characterized with small scale,rapid outbreak,strong destruction,mass occurrence and high concealment.Slope debris flows are all triggered by rainstorms at heavy or above categories.
