摘　　要：我国高等教育开展产学研的时间相对较短,但对于我国高等教育来讲确实具有十分重要的意义,更是进一步发展高等教育的必由之路、根本之路,必须坚定不移地按照这一方向走下去。通过深入研究经济管理类产学研结合的特点,创造了一些适合经济管理类创新创业的产学研一体化人才培养、工学交替以及订单式等多种人才培养模式,这对于我国学习借鉴国外的先进方法和经验,深入探索经济管理类产学研紧密结合人才培养模式,提高我国经济管理类人才培养质量具有重大现实意义。The development of production, study and research in China’s higher education is relatively short. Egg is indeed of great significance for China’s higher education, and it is the only and fundamental way to further develop higher education. We must unswervingly follow this direction. Through in-depth study of the characteristics of the combination of industry, University and research in economic management, we have created a number of talent training modes suitable for innovation and entrepreneurship in economic management, such as the integration of industry,University and research, the alternation of work and learning, and the order type. This will help China learn from foreign advanced methods and experience, and deeply explore the talent training mode of the close combination of industry, University and research in economic management, It is of great practical significance to improve the training quality of economic and management talents in China.
