摘　　要：新时代高校图书馆是智库建设的重要基地.基于此,本文从文献信息资源、专业技术队伍、知识服务平台和知识服务经验四个方面阐释了高校图书馆作为智库基地的优势,并重点分析了面向智库建设的高校图书馆服务的内容.University library is an important base of think tank construction in the new era.Based on this,this paper explains the advantages of university library as a think tank base from four aspects of knowledge service platform and knowledge service experience of professional technical team of document information resources.And the content of university library service oriented to think tank construction is analyzed emphatically.
