民族高校经济管理类创新创业人才培养中的产学研合作模式研究 ——以延边大学为例

摘　　要：延边大学经济管理学院通过不断地改革与实践,建立了具有鲜明特征的产学研合作机制,形成了经济管理类创新创业人才培养中产学研合作的五种模式:能力+人才培养模式、技术+项目开发模式、网络+信息交流模式、基地+实践指导模式、企业+创业指导模式.实践证明,延边大学经济管理学院所施行的产学研合作人才培养模式效果显著,对提高创业创新型人才的培育具有积极作用.深入研究延边大学实行的五种产学研合作模式对于提高我国少数民族聚集地区高校经济管理类人才的素质及创新创业能力具有极高的现实意义.Through continuous reform and practice, the school of economics and management of Yanbian University has established an industry university research cooperation mechanism with distinctive characteristics, and formed five modes of middle-class universityresearch cooperationin thetrainingofinnovative andentrepreneurialtalentsineconomicmanagement:ability +talenttraining mode, technology + project development mode, network + information exchange mode, base + practice guidance mode and enterprise+ entrepreneurship guidance mode. Practice has proved that the industry university research cooperation talent training mode implemented by the school of economics and management of Yanbian University has remarkable effect and plays a positive role in improving the cultivation ofentrepreneurialandinnovativetalents. An in-depthstudyofthefiveindustry universityresearchcooperation modes implemented by Yanbian University is ofgreatpracticalsignificance to improve the quality and innovation and entrepreneurship of economic management talents in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas in China.
