摘　　要：苔藓植物学是植物学的分支学科,是该科研方向硕士或博士研究生一年级开设的专业必修课,其教学效果直接影响创新人才的培养质量.将翻转课堂教学模式应用于苔藓植物学研究生创新人才培养中,旨在探索行之有效的教学改革模式.实践结果表明,翻转课堂"课前—课中—课后"三位一体教学模式成效显著,启迪了研究生的创新精神,提高了创新能力,对于培养新时代创新型人才具有重要意义,值得广大一线教育和科研工作者推广.Bryology is a branch of botany,which is a professional required course for the first year of master or doctoral students in this scientific field.The teaching effect directly affects the quality of professional talents.To explore an effective teaching reform model the flipped classroom was applied to the cultivation of innovative postgraduates major in bryology.The practical results showed that the Trinity Teaching Model of"before class,in class and after class"achieved remarkable effects,which enlightened the innovative spirit,and improved the innovative ability.It is of great significance to cultivate innovative talents in the new era.The flipped classroom is worthy of promotion by the majority of front-line educators and scientists.
