摘　　要：面对新的大数据环境和教学科研需求,积极思考与重新定位并有效开展大学生的数据素养提升教育,以满足创新型人才培养需求,是西部地方高校图书馆的当务之急.本文基于内江师范学院学生数据素养现状,针对西部地方高校学生数据素养提升教育存在的问题与困惑,提出了具体可行的解决措施和建议.Facing the new big data environment and the needs of teaching and scientific research,it is an urgent task for local university libraries in Western China to actively think and reposition and effectively carry out data literacy improvement education for college students to meet the training needs of innovative talents.Based on the current situation of students’data literacy in Neijiang Normal University,this paper puts forward specific and feasible solutions and suggestions for the problems and puzzles existing in the data literacy improvement education of students in local colleges and universities in the West.
