摘  要:为适应大型城市的发展,城市轨道交通上盖建筑近年得到飞速发展,但其盖下列车运行所致振动会对舒适度产生不利影响,因此有必要对城市轨道交通上盖建筑所受车致振动的影响程度进行评价与研究。本文针对上海市某大底盘城市轨道交通上盖建筑进行了现场振动测试,并采用国内多种评价方法对测试结果进行了对比分析和评价。分析表明,不同振动评价方法结论基本保持一致,采用分频最大振级对地铁引起的上盖建筑振动进行评价最接近限值;城市轨道交通上盖建筑底部库内的测点振动最为显著,振动沿高度方向呈现出先减小后增大的变化趋势,楼板对柱边振动具有一定的放大效应。本文多种方法的振动评价与分析,可为城市轨道交通上盖振动评价方法的选用提供参考。To adapt the development of large cities,over-track buildings have been dramatically developed in recent years.However,the operation of the train at the bottom of the over-track buildings will cause adverse effects on comfort.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate and study the effect of vibration on over-track buildings.In this paper,an in-situ vibration test was carried out on an over-track building with large bottom podiums in Shanghai.The test results were analyzed and evaluated by various domestic evaluation methods.The results show that conclusions of different vibration evaluation methods are basically consistent.Using maximum subband vibration level to evaluate train induced vibration is closest to limit values.The vibration of measuring point at the bottom of the over-track buildings is most significant.The vibration shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing along the height direction.The slab has a certain amplification effect on the vibration of the column side.This paper provides a reference for the selection of vibration evaluation methods for over-track buildings by using various vibration evaluation methods.
